Every transaction includes a convenience fee. The convenience fee helps cover the costs associated with processing rentals and transactions, including payment processing, reservation management, and the systems and services used to support our rental operations. This fee is separate from the rental rate and applicable taxes.

Participants must be 18 years old to rent or come with a parent or guardian to sign for them at time of rental. Participants must sign a release contract to rent; ride at your own risk. Manufacturers’ weight limit applies to all equipment. Riders under the age of 18 are required by CA state law to wear a helmet.

Additional fee per bike. Covers 100% of damages; 50% of replacement costs in the event of theft; police report required. Must be selected prior to rental, or at the time of rental

No refunds for no-shows. Cancellations under 24 hours prior to scheduled booking will not be refunded. Rental reservations must be picked up at reserved time. If there is a no-show, the reservation will be released 1 hour after reserved time with no refund.
